Oh man, having a group of parents that I was pregnant with is AMAZING. I found mine through Reddit and then it transferred over to Facebook. I love it so much, it's a great way to get help and opinions from people in the trenches with you!

Dont panic if you feel like your supply goes down in a few weeks! It means your regulating! I had to start pumping a couple times a day to keep my supply up since my baby never fully emptied me. He was either fussy at the boob, or not emptying me. There was no inbetween!

I am so happy for you! Embryo adoption is an amazing gift! Your journey hits home for me, although ours was many years ago. I, too, suffered from severe endometriosis. We completed our family through international adoption and looking back, I wouldn’t change a thing. It’s wonderful that with the advances in computer technology, couples like you can more easily share infertility struggles so that others can know they are not alone and don’t have to suffer in silence. My kids are all grown up now. My only advice is to savor every blessed moment, even the fatigue and worry that goes with being a parent. The days may be long, but the years so very short!

Oh Ayla, you're glowing. Motherhood suits you 😘 On a side note I was also a member of a Facebook group for my March baby... 8 years ago. We're still a close bunch and talk daily! Nothing beats having people in the same position as you to ask questions, get support, vent, rant and cry to xx

You look beautiful Ayla! Nova is so precious. I miss that stage! My boys are 7 and 12 now. Seems like yesterday they were Nova's age. Time really does go by so fast! I'm happy to hear your recovery is going so well. I can only imagine what a whirlwind the past month has been like for you. It can be hard at times when your significant other goes back to work... and thats OK. We are human and none of us are perfect. This in NO WAY is meant as if you dont already take great care of Nova. You are a fantastic mom and I know you are doing exceptionally well with her. However, make sure you are taking care of you 1st... So you can take better care of Nova being the best you can be. If not you won't be on your "A game" so to speak. Lol (As a new mom, I didn't do that and learned the hard way) Thanks for sharing your lives with us. Your videos always put a smile on my face. God Bless!

I'm loving following your journey as a new mama, as a new one myself (after 4 years of infertility!) Wanted to say the FB group The Cleavage Club is so so so helpful for breastfeeding knowledge and support! I'm so glad things are getting better for you in that area -- it's one of my favorite parts of being a mama! ❤️

I felt the same way (that I was finally doing what I was meant to do) when we finally had our baby in November after infertility struggles. I'm holding him now and it is still so surreal! Also, while my husband is at work, I send him at least one video or picture a day of the little guy! You're doing great, mama!🌈🌷 Best wishes from Virginia.

I’ve watched you in your videos being a new mother, and I’ve noticed how well you handle Nova from day 1. You seem so natural with her and so loving; you’re a natural! I’m so impressed by you, Ayla! I’m glad to hear you say you’re going to be gentle with yourself; the marks will fade and the tummy will flatten out....it takes time, as you know, and all will be well even if it’s never exactly the same as it was before pregnancy. I noticed with my pregnancies that I lost weight for the first 3 months (I breastfed) and then after that some of the weight stayed on because I had to eat more than I would have if I hadn’t been breastfeeding to maintain a healthy diet for my milk to be nourishing. But that was just my experience, obviously:) You’re doing a fantastic job mothering your baby, as I knew you would! ❤️

So true Ayla, I hate that there is such a pressure from society for women to look like they haven’t had a baby, you have and it’s totally cool and normal to look like it. You look totally amazing! There should be more acceptable to rock your mum tum as long as you’d like to or work on it if you want to ❤️

With stitches and lady bits healing it really does help to take some time to just soak that part or let warm water from tub faucet run over that area rather than jut a quick shower. That is what really got me healed up when I had lots of stitches with baby1

Awww Ayla I could hear you choking up when you talked about Caleb missing monumental things , I completely understand and I felt the same way . I know it could be difficult but I kept my camera as close as possible to record every little thing . 🤗🤗🤗. Try doing that and see if it helps adjust to Caleb starting work. My husband loved when I made videos and my kids are 12 and 10 , they appreciate those moments caught on camera so much it's cute . You guys are naturals, as parents. By the way you look amazing !!!!

I had the same issue with iron levels. I started taking the liquid supplement floradix. It was tthe only kind that didn’t make me constipated like the tablets did and brought my levels up very quickly ! It’s a little pricy though.
