I feel you so much on the weight struggle. I’ve been 89 lbs first thing in the morning all week, despite eating heroically. I know a lot of people would *like* to have our problem, but it’s such a struggle. Every pound is precious.

I'm 7 weeks post surgery, I've been eating jello regularly. I ate a lot of jello the first few days after surgery. Good luck

Hope you use distilled water in that nedi. Reduce risk of infection. Hope the procedure went well.

If I need to get sinus surgery will I need to get one all the time or once? My sinuses haven't been the same since I caught covid (delta) in 2021. Was losing my thick, thick hair! It's thin now. Never had thin hair. It's getting a tiny bit thicker.

I have those sunglasses I wear glasses and put sunglasses over them I might send them to you for an extra pair they don't wear right on my face with my glasses may not be exactly the same but pretty close.
