I’m so excited for you! I had a similar thing happen last year. Was told we could only get pregnant via IVF because my right tube was blocked and I had very low egg reserve. We decided to wait until the fall to do IVF and took the summer to get healthy. Found out we were naturally pregnant in July and in August we found out we were having twins! Now a proud mama to two perfect boys and couldn’t be happier. Sending you so much positivity and healthy baby vibes!

I was told I wouldn't be able to become pregnant on my own because of PCOS. The Lord had mercy on me and I was blessed with a child without intervention or help. My child is 30 now and there is nothing on this planet that I enjoyed more than being her mother. May the Lord bless you on this journey.

I mean I’m bawling, I’m so incredibly happy for you both. Congratulations!!! I found out I was pregnant in the x-ray department waiting for a barium study! I was like, come on just get on with it, it’s not possible I could be pregnant, I’ve been told I need IVF. (I had my colon removed and pouch surgery due to crohn’s, now have illeostomy and fed by TPN). I have been blessed with ‘only’ one but my goodness I’ve been BLESSED. He’s 24 now and I’m hoping I’ll be around for any grandchildren he may have. Stay strong and well, you’ve got this and enjoy it. ❤

Oh Maggie!!! Such wonderful news. May you enjoy each step of the way. I kind of understand your joyful fear. 47 yrs ago I was told I would never be able to bear children - 3 months later I was pregnant (long story over that). Had a normal healthy baby. 5 years later stopped having periods and my hope of a second child crashed. Then my Christmas present was to find out I got pregnant about 3 weeks before Christmas (when I had a friend run a pregnancy test to show I wasn't pregnant). God's grace is so good.

so happy for you guys!!!!!! Sometimes you can try TOO hard and be stressed out about it then you have a baby and never have another problem w/Pregnancy. There are so many stories of people who try for a long time then succeed and after the little one comes into the world BAM another pregnancy within a short time. Again so happy for you and Zach

Indeed, sometimes the best way for a couple to get pregnant is to just not try. Keeping track and actively trying and being all stressed about it, can make it more difficult to succeed. My parents tried for 3 years and had consultations around why they didn't get pregnant, and they were pretty much about to start IVF when mum tested positive. Then on October 19th in 1985, I said peekaboo to this world 😅 I was supposed to have one older sibling, but that pregnancy ended in miscarriage. I was only the 2nd positive pregnancy test my parents had. The trick my parents were told? Relax! Mum was even given a casette tape with relaxation exercises to relax and not feel so stressed about trying to get pregnant. It worked I have a feeling the "not trying and not actively tracking" is what made it succeed for Maggie and Zac, or at least it contributed. Do the deed because you want to, not because it's the potentially optimal day of the cycle

I found your channel last year when my father, who had just been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, required a colostomy bag. Watching your videos helped me learn how to change his bag as his health deteriorated. I was really lost about the whole thing, but all your videos helped and I learned so much. My dad sadly passed away earlier this year, but I still watched your videos and followed your journey. Coming to YT today and seeing this video today made me really happy. Oh hon, I'm so happy for y'all!! I got pregnant with my last baby after my chron's diagnosis. It was a very rough pregnancy, but ginger cookies and, weirdly enough, baby food helped with the morning sickness. Ginger to help the nausea, but the baby food being really bland purees helped me to keep getting nutrients, even when i was throwing up. I'm rooting for you! I remember the anxiety before my first ultrasound, like am i crazy? Is there really a baby in there? It was such a relief to see him on the monitor and know it was really happening. I cant wait to see you being a mom. You will both make such amazing parents!

Congratulations! I've been following you for years after my cancer diagnosis, my colostomy, and chemo treatments. We tried ivf, transfered, and it failed. I had a reversal. We continued to try on our own and nothing. I gave up. Then it happened, and Im currently 3 months pregnant with our little miracle. It's still so unbelievable that it's real.

Just had apr surgery for rectal cancer, had my rectum, anus, back wall of my vagina, uterus, ovaries and fallopian tubes removed. I'm passed child bearing age, have 2 grown sons, and I am so blessed. I am extremely happy for Maggie, even though I only know her through these videos. It is encouraging how in touch with her body that she is. Specialists and other medical professionals have the knowledge, but they need our (the patients') input. No worries on uploading videos, the next video can wait. FAR IN THE FUTURE VIDEO IDEA: Detailing conversations with friends and family or even strangers (with pseudonyms for privacy) at FOUR weddings must have ranged from hilarious to tricky to just plain weird in trying to keep "a low profile" while traveling on this new path. Babies come when you are relaxed and you weren't going to try til October, so your body wasn't stressed. Like animals, they don't have babies when they are stressed. So happy for you both. Can't wait to see your baby, I have been watching from the start. Feel like an Auntie. Congratulations.❤

I completely understand the doubt and fear. I want to encourage you to turn that into a positive energy. Be thankful. I know you are, but I encourage you to praise the Lord more of the time than voicing the fear. When you do feel fearful and doubt, pray! Love you and I'm so so happy for you!

I started watching your channel when i was facing rectal cancer surgery 6 years ago, "just in case". Thankfully i didn't need a temporary or permanent ostomy. I'm so thrilled for you. I have one grandchild and another on the way thanks to IVF. It's hard to watch your loved ones struggle with fertility.
