Very beautifull cats, but, I want to say one thing. That the older cat is obsessed with food is no wonder. You feed them what, two, three times a day? Please, don't do that. Cats need access to dry food 24/7, just like their water. They will eat up to 16 very small meals in 24 hours. By feeding them two, three times a day, they will go hungry for the rest, and especially at night, because you will not feed them during the night. Cats are so different from dogs mealwise. Other then that, you have two very, very beautifull furbabies ❤

When I was a teenager we had two siamese that looked just like this. A male cat with a chocolate mask and a small female cat with a grey-striped mask. The male cat was also obsessed with food. And he wasn't such a gentleman that he'd wait with eating! He did defend the female cat against other cats that came to our garden, though.

I have two sisters cats and my bigger one will always let her little sister eat first. A lot of people say it’s a hierarchy thing, but she didn’t used to until her sister lost a bunch of weight (due to teeth issues now solved) it’s the sweetest thing

It may be because your cat wants to make sure the other one gets enough, I know that one time a few years ago one of my eldest cats broke a tooth, we didn't know for about a month untill we took her to the vet as she lost A TON of weight, after that she usually ended up eating 1st, sometimes her sibling will literally be on my bed watching her eat waiting till she leaves so he can eat, so I think that's their way of looking out for each other, could be wrong tho lol

I got two sisters too, when they were younger they fought for food to the point we fed them in different rooms or supervised mealtime. Luckily as they got older that behaviour fully vanished and they can eat together just fine

I have 2 cats that are from the same littler. One is tiny and the other is big, we have gone to several vets and all have said that they’re both healthy but the bigger one can do with less food. They use the same food bowl because when they have 2 they each take a bite out of the first one and then the second one. Its so cute to see them just eating in a rythm

What a pig! Yeah, yep. I've had & seen too many kitties that steal others' food. Like while they are working on their Neal, nowhere near done. Like they wolf their own down ans go over to next bowl with the quickness. It's so frustrating bc then the other kitty gives up ans says fk it. Try to feed the one bit later soem extra, since they didn't get all their food, nope. That's a whole other issue. Damn cats. 😂

My cats trade bowls every morning, doesn't matter if they have the exact same food. Sometimes it's an agreed upon swap, other times Dexter (younger of the two) pushes Penny away from the bowl so he can have whatever liquids are in there.
