dtiydr Many of us see things as miracles. Not everyone uses the expression in the same way. One may use it to mean a wonder or something very special. And if Betty White did mean life is a miracle in the biblical sense than she is allowed to have her opinion. Just think about all the Christians who are resisting the urge to bring you to Christ or win the “Bible verse to prove their point” contest. Lighten up. When you are so obviously defensive you appear to be trying to convince yourself. Just watch the videos and enjoy yourself.

This was great to catch on camera. They have cut ALOT of woodland area behind my home. It's forced more deer to wander in our yards and the general area. They will eat your garden or clean out the bird feeders, but I just learned to net the garden and throw some scraps on ground to get too and raise the bird feeders. We walk ALOT around Our neighborhood which still has lots of trees etc. They know we won't hurt them, so they will cross the road in front of us and stop look at us...and go on. Same with cars...we respect them and they respect us. Luckily we are still out in the country. You can't be mad at them. We humans keep taking away all their habitat. Thanks again for sharing such a beautiful moment.

Umm, It's more like get them cleaned up so that they can breathe, because they are still in the sack and the mother must break it so they can breathe. Have you never seen a cat have kittens?
@bubbythedeer58734 жыл бұрын
Debra Polenz with all due respect, a deer birth is completely different from a cat birth. THIS is what a doe does after giving birth, she licks the fawns to remove their smell, swallows the urine and feces, and leaves her fawn(s) laid down somewhere for up to the first 2-3 weeks of their lives.

Totally agree. Many animals will stay loyal to an abusive owner and their capacity to trust humans again is amazing. Amimals are nicer and better behaved than a lot of humans. I think that when we call someone a bitch, a rat or an amilmal we're really insulting the animals. If someone called me a bitch I'd say thanks, smile and take it as a compliment. As all the female dogs I know are well behaved, affectionate and simply lovely.

Though my sis in law had one drop a fawn in the road in front of her school bus van, right in the road. She had to call in cause she couldn't back up or go around, then finally they got up and left. Wow!

@christopherfranklin47605 жыл бұрын
Animals giving birth don't make any sounds because the sounds would draw predators (as Jongle Wongle stated above) while the mother and babies are at their most vulnerable point. Notice how the babies can almost stand up immediately. That's the way it is in the wild animal world.

I remember when the first cat I ever had, had her first litter. I made her a box in the closet. I had always been told they liked privacy. went in the kitchen to wait. A few mins later, I heard a mew sound, looked down and Sooti was lying by my feet giving birth on the FLOOR. One small kitten there already. Took her back to her box,. waited a few mins, went back to the kitchen and, here she came again. We gave up. Moved the box to under the kitchen table and all the rest were born there and raised there,. Sooti preferred our company to the safety of the closet. Lot of trust and love there.

When I was in junior high school. My cat was sleeping with me and started pushing her front paws back and forth. And all of a sudden, I got wet . I thought she peed on me. I looked on the bed and thought she had also pooped . But it was a kitten! So I had to take a shower before school! And one time I spent the night at a friend’s house. And the same cat was in bed with my little brother. And she started pushing her front legs. So my brother remembered. what that meant. So he and my mom were able to get a box ready for her pronto! 🐱🌻

I can top your experience a little bit. I live outside of Tucson, Arizona, up in some rolling hills where most of us have horse property. I don't have horses, but three days ago, I was sitting in my living room and out of the corner of my eye saw two young red horses galloping together, red manes streaming, rippling and shining in the Arizona sun, coming up my driveway and back to their owner's barn next door. (No worries, she and I made sure they were safe and sound in the barn.) If animals can have facial expressions, these two gorgeous ladies were smiling from ear to ear! Just a few days later, I was again sitting in my living room (next to the same big window) and saw a *huge* javelina (wild pig) trying to "hoover up" the birdseed and suet cubes that I always put out for the quails and other birds when it is cold outside. (Yes, it does get quite cold in Tucson in the winter.) The quails are absolutely hysterical to watch, they are quite the little thugs when it comes to who gets to or doesn't get to have the birdseed! Bossy and obstreperous little birdy boxers! The javelinas used to be daily occurrence in my area, but alas there are now housing divisions going up all around us now instead of just empty desert. And I know that we are seeing these things because land and homes are going up like gangbusters all around us, displacing the animals and now having to deal with runaway dogs hunting them. But it's still a great place to live and I still love watching a hysterical animal movie out of my window! I love it.

That was awesome! My children and I had the pleasure of watching a robin lay her first blade of grass for their nest, in the Y of a tree which happened to be right smack in the middle of our kitchen window. The window was tinted so they were never aware they were being watched. We were witness from the first blade of grass, most of the eggs hatching, the papa bird nudging the mother out of the nest so he could get his turn in with the eggs and later the babies. Then we watched as all the birds grew and left home. I only wish we could have recorded the entire event.
