@Rosalyia2 жыл бұрын
Thank you, he loves hearing himself talk.
@Emilythegoodguydoll2 жыл бұрын
He actually didn’t…He said “he actually sent me the money that morning” then he switched it and said “no he sent it that night cause he was still sleep that morning”, he was trying to clear it up because the plaintiff had already previously stated that he was still sleeping the morning of so he was making it seem as if he sent it that same night as a gift BEFORE he went to sleep. So the Judge heard right because the defendant never said “I sent it myself” he kept saying the plaintiff sent it to him. So he technically didn’t admit to it (as of yet) even though he stumbled his words at the beginning of his statement.
@wizzydaniel26632 жыл бұрын

The Plaintiff was on Dr. Phil two years ago also, admitting he’ll do anything to go viral and having done a bunch of insane and even criminal things. This was probably a scam. The Plaintiff and Defendant know each other and worked out a storyline. Then when Judge Mathis demanded proof, suddenly the Defendant “admitted” it just so Mathis would rule in the Plaintiff’s favor. They probably split the money, and got free travel, hotel stay, and a free trip, as well as compensation for appearing. You can actually type the Plaintiff’s name and Dr Phil in the search box and see his episode of Dr. Phil. 😂
