Paint Job Gone Wrong

The plaintiff was signed by a record label when he was only 15 years old. As he got older, the plaintiff started living life on the “downlow” and came out as gay after his boyfriend committed suicide. Though music is still part of his life, the plaintiff primarily works in the restaurant business now and hired his older brother to paint his restaurant. However, the plaintiff’s older brother allegedly failed to finish the job, so the plaintiff is suing for breach of contract. The defendant claims he is proud of his younger brother but feels the plaintiff is suing him prematurely.

Man, I like Judge's rants on things. To me, if I wanted legit unbiased cases or news, I'd watch somethin else. I enjoy his passion and yeah he may touch on the same topic again and again but that's what people do when they believe hard in something. Among the many reasons lgbtq problems are being discussed so often, I believe, is because many weren't supported and also shunned from a lot of societal norms for many years. If I were part of the community I imagine one of the first things I would think when someone said "I'm tired of people talking about this all the time" would be "who the hell cares what you're tired of, WE couldn't be OURSELVES for damn near forever and now we CAN".
