Nothing better than some Elk Jerky! Bison is definitely #2 in my book! Add in the Fire Breather Five seasoning and you got your self a nice spicy healthy snack!

We have the main Bass pro shop here that started them all. It's huge, has a wildlife museum in it and it takes up a whole city block

Elk jerky is amazing! Very low fat high protein and absolutely delicious!!!!!
