Poor poppet. I hope she's comfortable and happy. I know you'll definitely be doing everything possible to make her feel good. She couldn't be anywhere better. And poor old Cane. I'm sure you'll have him recovered before long with such great treatment. Fantastic vet! Terrific update on the seniors' homes and everything else! It's always great to see what's going on. It would be cool to see a typical day at the rescue. A dawn to dusk sort of the thing.

I really want to see more building and more of the dogs. I really love everything you do. Animals have always been my life. 4 of my cats I took in so they wouldn't be taken into a shelter. one of my dogs I actually got from owners that were not treating her right at all and another that lives with my parents. I got as a 4 week old puppy from a pet salon that rescued the litter because they were abandoned by mom and found completely covered in fleas.

So I’m curious do they do some of the same meds for wolves as they do for domestic dogs in the case of heart disease? Vetmedin, lasix, etc? I work at a vet clinic but we definitely don’t see wild or exotic animals, but I do know that cats and dogs take slightly different heart meds. I also know how expensive meds for a small house cat with advanced heart disease can cost from personal experience so I can only imagine on a larger animal like a wolf. I wish we could donate at this time but unfortunately we’re down to one income for a while and are barely going to be able to pay our bills for a while. Sending positive vibes though. ❤️
