I compared it to the original unit. Outside of the big difference of being able alter parameters, the only difference was there was a mid more low mids on the real unit, a bit of EQ and they were really close.

That’s interesting. So they’ve done a good a job with this plugin then? Cheers for watching

@ yep, my guess is it’s modifiable impulse responses, or something along those lines, I don’t really care about the difference. If you played both with a gap in between, I doubt you’d hear much difference

Yea, that would make sense. I’m the same, as long as it sounds good-I’m happy. Preciate the insight

The ducking feature is brilliant! Total time saver if that's the desired effect/technique needed. Thanks for sharing!

It sure is! Yea, I agree on the time-saver as well. Glad you enjoyed the video, and cheers for watching!

Here I go yapin on about Reason again lol, but I only use there Reverb devide as it pretty much does everything I need a reverb to do. One thing I cant do is zoom in to a device without zooming in the DAW sequencer as they haven't bothered to make the option to zoom in the Devices only.

Can you make a video on how to turn Splice kicks or kick/hihat/snares/claps files into playable midi instruments? As in playing the kick from the midi and not dragging and placing it by keyboard on the track. Thanks 😇

Sure, I’ll do that this week. Cheers for watching 🙏🏾

Here's my deal. How many reverbs do you need? and can the listener tell the difference between reverbs? I ask because at some point were just buying ish we aint gonna even need or use. The plug in game is super saturated with plug ins that virtually do the same things. For me its not about easier in many cases its about saving resources. Use that money for a better Mic or Pre amp or Bass strings or guitar strings. But if you have a reverb you really mess with no need to double do. Just my opinion..... nice vid though.

You’re right, it can get overwhelming-same goes for all plugins, really. Videos like this help make others aware of what’s available or serve as a little refresher. Can a listener actually tell if a beat was made in Logic, FL, Ableton, analog, or digital? Probably not. We’re just trying to make the listening experience a good one. As producers, we tend to obsess over things the average listener couldn’t care less about. That said, it’s always nice to get a freebie and have options. In the end, you just have to find what works best for you and your workflow. Preciate the input, and cheers for watching.
