They have actually tried, and the reason it is not viable is due to the amount of very destructive storms and the very fast tidal system we have.... This constantly means they have too be shut down too protect them... Thus making them not viable... Basically like WInd and Solar, they need Goldilocks conditions too work and work well...Something the UK rarely has.

How many JSO go abroad by airplane? Did they travel to Stonehenge by bycicle? Jow many of their homes have enormous TVs, microwaves, games stations, mobile phones, computers, laptops, tablets etc. Net zero. Are they prepared to go back to horse and cart?
