By far, one of the best videos I've seen and now I am convinced, my next watch will be the Casio Oceanus

I would’ve wanted one of it weren’t so massive in size. Make it in 40-41mm and I’m in

It shares the same movement as g shock frogman and MTG b2000, with multiple sub dial. After trying the MTG b3000 I can guarantee you a smaller size is kind of impossible. You won't be able to see anything on the sub dial if they come anywhere smaller. Rather than shrink the size, I wish they would make this watch in stainless steel, make it 200g + and it would feel like a Seiko mm300.

@@oceanzu6585 In that case, swap the movement. The Oceanus S5000 series is ultra-thin compared to most watches. That movement (or even one with less complications) in a dive watch is all I would want

the p2000 module is also the basis of MRG-B2000. They even have adjacent module numbers. I think the reason P2000 didn't sell well is the same reason you mentioned: its a practical dive watch designed for divers, not traditional style dive watches target "desks divers" .

I believe the only comparable watch to this is the citizen titanium GPS diver CC5006.

@@watchroll3310 Another thing i was dreaming about recently was , I wish Casio made an Oceanus with 3 simple subdials in a traditional chronograph layout shaped like a V pointed downwards ( one sub dial for a pointer date , one for the days of the week and one for the month) . That would be so much more useful and practical than the current ones with a chronograph , secondary timezone subdial and a 24 hour indicator etc
