Kindness can be so profitable if you are a owner and really reward your employees they remain loyal create an work environment thats healthy. I get it reward them all low to high and they stay will you forever and they will love you for it. Its the old owner asshole mindset it just doesnt fit anymore. The old adage is true give and you will receive. I hope enough of us push this narrative. If enough of us push it corporate structures will be forced to adopt they follow the people. Us people have the power we think we are powerless but if enough mobilize great changes can happen to improve our lives. This narrative is so easy to push everyone will be on board. We just need experts from sociologists psychologists human resources business experts to create a framework around this with the people interests first and profit second. Once you take of the people and they are happy the profit will be explosive. Glad I came across this video. Blessing peace freedom and happiness to everyone.

I disagree about the DNA.I don't think DNA has a single thing to do with success. Family set up does, but not DNA. Everything else I utterly agree with and I love Gary.

I disagree. I'd argue it plays a huge role in success. If you're 6'8, you're a lot more likely to make it to the NBA than someone who is 5'6. If you're a 10/10 in terms of looks, your life will be a lot easier than someone who is a 2/10. Someone who has an iq of 160 is going to have a greater chance of succeeding than someone with an iq of 80. I don't think that DNA is the sole contributor to success by any means but to claim that it doesn't have a single thing to do with success is just blatantly false.
