Just be smart about work ethic because the opportunistic will beat you over the back with a whip if all you do with work ethic is what you're told. The idea is to take work ethic and you be the master of your own destiny then let the losers who can't be bothered to do the same stare and gripe at your success.

@@bozejoetheclown3554 You nailed it dude...I'm soon transitioned out of a soul killing corporate job branching off on my own with my music, and yeah, I've seen so many with awesome overachieving work ethic but wasting it away on a company that doesn't give 2 (or any) shits about them!
@bozejoetheclown35545 жыл бұрын
@@jasonstallworth It's a sad tale that repeats over too many times for two many people. In almost every place I've ever worked, the hardest working people are the most often mistreated while the suck ups, the big mouths, the excuse makers, the self entitled etc. are all let off the leash because they know how to work the system to their advantage. I'm convinced it's like this to inspire the diligent to strive for excellence and rise above all the rest. I can't tell you how many work places would instantly increase production value, efficiency and business if the guys slaving away at the bottom of the ladder where put in charge. And absolutely, I'm tired of seeing this from companies too. Some owner who never shows up and inspects his own company but leaves it up to his second in command browbeating, brown nosing wingmen (or women) to bust everyone's chops down the chain of command. I'm just done working for fools like that!

Gary is an individual who shows that you don't have to be a genius to succeed in life. He is driven by the momentum. He works his butt off, he's reading, learning, observing, working constantly and that's because he has such good answers for every single topic, every single question that someone asks. He is prepared. I'm not saying he isn't smart, which he is for sure. It's just, that he knows about his shit. His work ethic is insane. Constantly, every day, doing same things, over and over again, and learning new things along the way, and then honing that knowledge too... This guy is just incredible.

Please remember that hardships are huge blessings in disguise. I suffered a lot in life but i'm coming out on top slowly but surely. It's weird but looking back i'm so grateful for all the hardships and in that moment i didn't even realize. I'm happy things didn't go my way. I'm so so happy that i didn't give in to the suicidal thoughts eventhough i wanted to. I'm starting to live my dreamlife and i'm so grateful. I wouldnt be where i am without the hardships nor would i be this happy if it was easy. It's not about luck. Nothing is random. Never give up an stay positive. Trust me. And obviously i do thank God and prayers are powerful. I'll pray for you. Keep going. You'll love the outcome. Don't you think for one second that you won't be rewarded for your kindness but you can now learn to set boundaries. Trust your hardships. I suggest you ask God for whatever you want from life. You have nothing to lose when you say a prayer. Everything will happen in God's perfect timing. trust the your journey and be patient. ❤️

I've never realized how similar I was to Gary and his way of thinking until I relistened to this video from 0-6:40 on his view of things. No wonder why I have good vibes from him compared to other famous speakers. I know other speakers are smart also but somehow it feels like they care more about bsing and manipulation so they can get you on their side compared to sharing real stuff and earning likes that way. I'm glade I saw this video. Watching it before I go into work.

Yousseff Zulficar nah just that having hair(as opposed to when he didn't, when he was younger) makes him look younger I think. And he lost weight.

I really love how raw you are. I like that fact that you're not afraid to show or tell who you are.. I also want to build the biggest tower in my industry and do it by being kind. My husband and I have worked for both assholes and kind bosses and have said that we want to be the kind ones. I whole heartedly believe if you spend time building up those around you, that you'll all rise together. And working with a bunch of woman isn't easy to do.

G.L. with that, if you look trough time you can see that those that controlled people in the past i.e. slave owners, aristocrats,royalty of old had passed their ignorant phase and reached the amplitude on the other side of Damn-Kruger effect graph.Don't expect kinder world, world as it is works against individual and for various collections of warring tribes, possesses no empathy, not even sympathy for your previous, current, or future misfortune , whilst expecting whole lot from you, and this trend is only going to get worse not better, because we aren't learning less and less about human psyche, and how to manipulate and control other fellow humans but more and more. So honest advice from me to you is learn as much as possible about how to manipulate people, lie, cheat, use whatever means necessary to win regardless of other people and you will prosper beyond belief.

dr1345 And what are you doing with your life? This guy is just very passionate and seems to love what he does, and he does have many great points. Just because he's not a billionaire doesn't mean shit, his business isn't very old and it's already doing 25 million a year plus not to mention he built his dad's business to 60 million. Stop hating. I would definitely not be naive and say he's the GREATEST but he is definitely a great entrepreneur and a good motivational speaker.

This is what my parents tell me everyday (I’m 23). Everytime I want to talk about something, they always tell me that I am lazy, ungtateful and not like other ”kids”. Parents like this are the reason most of us have emotional trauma, PTSD and so on. I am on my journey trying to find myself and what I want to do for my career. Nobody in my family understands this. I am alone on this path. Just wanted some support from them, but only received criticizm.
@JD-jy4tt6 жыл бұрын
The thing with Gary is is that although he put in hard hours for years, he had a loving family that stayed strong, and that's huge, many of us don't. Some if us were even robbed by our parents at a young age honestly if I could trade an upbringing like his I would.

If you're watching this video, clearly you want to be motivated. So most people watched it and thought it was sooo awesome!
