Very spacious (2,000+sq ft), also no clutters around, very clean, still has plenty of room for a personal office,n gym equipments. Nice!

Samuel Tan haha its probably because he learn english only in his adulthood for work purposes hence the pronunciation isnt as accurate. Most adults that only started learning english for working , will have this issue, my dad too. Practice will make it better

Flats of healthy sizes like these should be built more if the Singapore government is serious about raising it’s birth rates. Not waste precious space building pathetically small Pigeon holes like those of Punggol where the home becomes so cramp after just having some basic furnitures and electrical appliances!

Hope hdb make more of these. The current offered 3 gen flats nt even as big. For 3 gen we need at least 5 rooms - one for couple, 2 for kids, 1 for parents and 1 for maid.

He can't seperate the homes to rent out one whole flat for his retirement because he is only allowed to use one main door. The other door must be shut or sealed off

I would have place few big mirrors on the walls to make the house looked bigger,chandeliers,victorian studded sofas,dinings arco standing lights just like my current 5rm flat.balinese themed bathrooms and certain walls painted charcoal like colour.

Hang on there.... the value of the jumbo flat regardless will start decreasing after 25years. Technically, it will be worthed lesser by the time Mr Lim turn 60. Not a brilliant use of space though.

Many comment I've read said it's very empty etc etc but in my opinion I love the simplicity and it's show how huge the flat is. The Malay own jumbo flat if u can see his flat had soo many furniture and its soo jam packed till I can see the jumbo flat despite its huge space look quite small. (BTW I'm a malay Singaporean)

Anjali Kumar just to tell u Woodlands was a common place for Jumbo flats because last time no one wanted to live in Woodlands until the 1990s back then in the 1989 the flat probably cost about SGD300 000 But only Jumbo flats can be found in the 1980s HDB flats By 1990s most likely they were executive or 5 room flat
