Flats of healthy sizes like these should be built more if the Singapore government is serious about raising it’s birth rates. Anjali Kumar just to tell u Woodlands was a common place for Jumbo flats because last time no one wanted to live in Woodlands until the 1990s back then in the 1989 the flat probably cost about SGD300 000 But only Jumbo flats can be found in the 1980s HDB flats By 1990s most likely they were executive or 5 room flat
