One Of The Most Brilliant Puzzles We've Seen

Today's puzzle is (yet) another incredible sudoku. It's called Everything Is Stavros96 and, unsurprisingly, it's by Stavros96!!! You can play it here:

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Grey lines are palindromes ie they read the same from both directions. Along thermometers digits must increase from the bulb end. In each cage, digits must sum to 9 or 6. Digits may not repeat in cages.
