That CP1 troll was amazing and definitely had me laughing, but that spike shell return while you waited for the mushroom was like watching a Three Stooges gag. Perfectly timed set up and punchline. I laughed so freaking hard at such a simple troll.

That was one of the greatest trolls I've ever seen. I've never busted out laughing at a troll level before but that mole took him through the entire level and left him subpixels from the end just to leave him back at CP1. I laughed so hard.

I like how much they did with the trolls in the first part even with fairly simple setups since it had to work for the cp1 too. I also really like the comedic timing on the shell at 5:09 and the way the anti softlock at 14:05 gives you a little hint how to do the puzzle previous if you were having trouble getting thru that point.

So, I wanted to play this level before watching and I was not disappointed. The version I played had two small differences. Read below. . . . . 1. After hitting the right switch just after CP1, you get out through a saw. The area next to the trap ? block was covered and did leave a hole in the ceiling. 2. After CP2, after clearing the first launcher with the tail, there's that trap with the springboard. After it, there's vines and an extra leaf was added there. STEVO and SusDoor realized that button mashing the tail was not a good way for player to traverse there and I agree. I did it myself a couple of times but after getting bumped into the trap, I realized it was just better to take the hit. That back to CP1 though was fucking amazing. They made a whole auto level and to just kill you right at the end. Masterful. However, that dry bones shell jump is... well, it took me seeing DGR do it to realize that's really what I wanted to do and, huh, yeah. My dummy-level of platforming didn't like it.
