My favourite coin was the fifth one from the second bag at about 1:42. It was there and then it was gone, never able to pin it down again I'm sure but we had a moment as brief as it was. I was under the impression that PVC wallets/albums and coins didn't mix well for storage? Usually needing a Mylar coin flip or similar before going into something with PVC?

How often do you order bags of 50 pence pieces from your bank?

As often as you like. Most banks, you don't need to order them just request them over the counter. I get a bag or 2 of 50p's in the summer for boot fair change, sometimes a bag of £2 coins to " hunt for specials", the one's that aren't specials? Just spend them as normal.
