This is the Second time I have exchanged my phone on Amazon in 4 years.. Amazon has the best Exchange Policy.. For me it was a Pleasant experience because I had already taken down all the necessary details and logged into my Amazon account on the exchange device..if he had closed the pop-up I had OTP with me.. but the agent was polite and well experienced.. the whole process took only around 10 minutes to complete.. For me it was a good experience on Amazon.

My friend bought iPhone 15 plus in this sale. He ordered night time and cancelled at morning. The reason for the cancel he didn’t trust from Flipkart. He bought this product using credit card EMI option. After 3 days amount reverted to the credit card. He was happy but then email from the credit card bank saying that emi going to deducted for this month(iPhone 15 plus ). He contacted credit card company bank they informed “Flipkart need to raise for emi cancel request. Flipkart didn’t done it yet ask him to check with Flipkart”. He contacted Flipkart they simply said “we have updated the policy emi cancel request should have to done by person not from Flipkart. Credit card company bank informed we can cancel the emi but you have to pay processing fee and additional charge. Did you came across this issue ?. Who fault ?. Kindly provide your input if possible inform to other as well

Purchased a Safari small trolley bag which was listed at 374 RS . So bought the item immediately as 75% off coupon was applied. But next day Flipkart cancelled the item saying seller wrongly listed the item at lower price and did not refund. Order page shows cancelled at bottom and at the top sorry we are working with the seller to ship the item.

Bro this happened to me once I had ordered a jacket on Flipkart and paid online It showed out for delivery but it showed couldn't deliver today and I was not available 😢 I called customer care, I kept on calling everyday and they kept on telling the same thing everyday that they will check into it. I never got a clear reply This happened for 2 full weeks. I told them to refund my money but that also was delayed Then I put a tweet on X (Twitter) tagging flipkart and their customer service stating the problem a bit harshly Within 12 hours they initiated the refund and I got the refund next day itself So people who face this issue do the same... It would be helpful to an extent

Last sat 28th i ordered pixel 8 and rec'd on 30th morning. So far everything is ok (open box delivery only & delivery person infront of me only) untill i check the warranty details. The warranty already started by 10 day before than i placed the order 😂. Rmeba kasda paddu rejected pannen antha order and same time i raise the complaint in Flipkart CS but i didn't get the proper solution and they say will check and revert only. Lucky i get my refund shortly.

I am a prime customer, have ordered TWS and feature phone paid thru Amazon pay, it was out for delivery but they updated undeliverable and they themselves cancelled order, worst service from Amazon. Flipkart was like this till last couple of years now they are better ordered acer laptop got delivered in 2 days.
