OOR wrote all their songs for their early albums. I googled, for The Beginning, Taka wrote the lyrics and Taka & Toru (guitarist) composed it. For recent albums in particular dating from a few years back when they started touring in USA (if not for covid, these guys would be touring USA almost every year), OOR started collaborating with many other (Western) composers/producers, and their album doesn't state specifically who wrote lyrics and who composed the song. While this means a lot of experimentation with different genres and styles, many fans still miss their style from their earlier days.

This is their last performance of the said concert. Thats why Taka kind of tired ?? Hahaha. You can notice it in his voice but he still or rather they still delivered a very good ending performance. You should check their heavier track like One By One, Juvenile or Deeper deeper. I also recall that you love orchestra ?? Their Pierce performance with orchestra is so great. Also I was a King

Hi Tony. Hope you enjoyed this song. Original PV version is also fantastic. How about "I was king" or Fight the night (songs and lyrics written by Taka and Jude Cole) live orchestral version next? OOR songs are mostly written by Taka and other people and also Toru (guitarist) and Tomoya (drummer). Good Goodbye was written by Taka (lyrics and songs). Clock Strikes are written by Taka (lyrics) and songs by Taka and Toru. Maybe you can do Be the light (PV is nice) written by Taka. Cheers

Oh, Btw, I have just discovered Taka's little brother (Hiro is 26 yrs old now) is in rock band in Japan called My First Story (MFS). I have checked 5 or 6 albums last 24 hours and they are really fantastic band as well (energetic, upbeat, catchy). Sounds little similar to OOR but it is heavier than OOR in general. Hiro resembles Taka and he is also excellent singer with a bit higher tone than Taka. Anyway, MHS is becoming very popular and coming close to play at big arena stadium band any time soon. You can check MFS after you cover another 50 songs from OOR LOL.
