Mumzworld you need to better your customer service. I waited 3 months for my order and never got any updates. I had to reach out many times by email and no response. I paid for gift wrapping which was for each specific item and instead I got the delivery box wrap with Christmas wrapping. Mind you this is for EID! A Muslim holiday. And we’re not even in Christmas season! Really horrible customer service. I’m on the phone now for 1 hour and still not one customer service representative.
