and Miller got his head kicked in by the Frank Trigg, who's smaller than him, what's your point? Bringing up fights from 5 years ago doesn't prove much. It ignores the way that both fighters have improved since. If Miller showed up actually trying to finish Nick, Mayhem loses. If he showed up looking to grind out a decision win, he might be able to pull that off, I'll give you that. Miller could get the win, but I don't think he could 'beat' Nick Diaz. There's a subtle difference there to me.

He's the Strikeforce champ (which, obviously is a lesser belt than UFC, especially now, but is still a legit belt) and DESTROYED the Dream 170 lb champ, which means he's as close as MMA has to a unified belt holder right now. He couldn't possibly fight less hand picked opponents. He didn't think smith or cyborg belonged in there with him, but didn't cry about it. He went out there and proved it. He fights guys on their terms and kills them.

Instead Carlos Condit will be the one getting a shot at the belt and it looks like BJ Penn, who was scheduled to fight Condit may be taken off the card altogether whicg means losing 10's of thousands of dollars for BJ and all because of NIck's fucking around. I have lost all respect for Nick Diaz after this.
