Here’s how i cook Salpicao using Doña Elena’s Pure Olive Oil. Here’s the Recipe, for those who want to try cooking it too:
1/2 kilo rib eye, cubed
Up to 10 cloves garlic, minced or sliced. Half for marinating and half for cooking.
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons Doña Elena Pure Olive Oil for marinating and 2 tablespoons for cooking
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1. Combine the beef, salt, pepper and Worcestershire Sauce and Doña Elena Pure Olive Oil, then mix well. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
2 In a hot pan with pour Doña Elena Pure Olive Oil, then saute garlic until slightly golden brown. Add the unsalted butter, then beef. Sear on all sides.
3 Serve while still hot. Top with sauteed garlic bits.
