One thing id say for the nami deck: instead of the kuja 2k, id look at playing Apis instead. Its still a 2k but its a good way of emptying out the all stars and perfume femurs from your hand to dig for kayas, pilafs, gavels, etc

I've seen some builds play Apis and I think it's fine. I just fear whiffing off the 1 drop.

Ace still heals you a life even at 2 you just don’t get to rush so stalling enel isn’t as effective.

Best part is it's up to 1 life so if enel really wants they can forego the heal and swing out

it isn't AS effective but it's still the best tactic I've found to play the deck. 10 don to just play a 10k body/heal 1 isn't super impactful.

New player here. What would you recommend as a beginner friendly deck, doesnt have to be super competitive, that also isnt too expensive?

I think Bonney is good as well, only issue is finding the 8 drop kids. I feel like the deck is pretty cheap otherwise.

Id say R/G Oden or B/G sanji personally, what ive been running. R/G oden should be way cheaper, just recently got a top 64, does much better post sakazuki ban. You can build him for like $40

Does anyone know why I can't play vegapunk. I just see the information that op07-097 (vegapunk L) is banned?! What can I do?

you cannot search for 10c Ace in by lufffy deck, nor you can play it out of you effects. so it's kinda pointless

I'm guessing you mean the 5 cost Ace. I assure you he's the worse target for the deck to play. Doesn't mean he's a BAD target but in a build like the navy one where I needed room for other cards he is easy to cut. If you like the card you can 100% play it, but I implore you to try a build with few/no copies of the card to see if you missed seeing it.

2 morias and a 5 cost luffy or two. If you can sabo loop while applying pressure/having a large hand size you win a lot of games.
