I simp for Yamato. I mean...even more now. You know, I was thinking about it, and I feel like it's plausible enough for Yamato to have the Neko Neko no Mi, Mythical Model: Byakko, or the White Tiger. Hear me out. There are four cardinal divine beasts, with a Vermillion Bird to the South, a Black Tortoise to the North, an *Azure Dragon to the East* , and a White Tiger to the West. The Tiger and Dragon are often portrayed as bitter rivals, and the Byakko has a couple defining features that really suit Yamato. 1. The rivalry with the dragon, of course. 2. It's a guardian of the West 3. It's pure white, matching Yamato's unique hair color. 4. It's associated with metal, as in the historical Battleship Yamato. 5. Above all, the Byakko is said to _only appear when the emperor of absolute virtue rules, or if there's peace throughout the world._

Osamu Dazai I'm pretty sure Kaido is a Zoan Devil Fruit User since there are other members from The Animal Kingdom Pirates had Dragon Zoan Fruits (Dragons and Dinosaurs). I don't think we have seen any characters that transforms without Devil Fruit powers.

Taking Tekking's theory one step further, What if devil fruits were just attempts to mimic the transformation powers of dragons. During the void century the lost kingdom tried to reverse their power to transform themselves into dragons, making zoins the original devil fruit type. After zoin devil fruits were created other types were made (paramecia and logia) and this sparked the war that eventually ended in the world government forming. Defiantly a lot of holes in the theory but I'd love to talk about it.

Theory: just as basic armament haki can be embued into projectiles (as demonstrated by the Kuja Tribe), perhaps we can enfuse projectiles with ryuou. Maybe that's what she used to take out Hatcha?

Yeah ryou is just the Wano name for armament Haki, for a while the fan base used it as the name for two different kinds of advanced armament Haki, and you can assume that because it's armament it can be imbued into weapons.

When Kaido was first introduced, I had this idea, that dragons moved to a different dimension after the void century because they were afraid or hated the celestial dragons. Kaido was born in that dimension, and while they could see the outside world, if they left there was no way of going back inside. One of the older dragons told him stories about the booze that humans made, and curiosity got the best of him and he got stuck in the human world.

Also altered a lot of stuff to fit into a playable game. Early editions of D&D had things different than they are now too and were more myth/folklore based. Kobalds for example weren't originally Dragonkin but just another golbinoid like they are in folklore. Then the creators went that's redundant and we could use more dragon races so Kobalds are dragons. They also have medusa as a race separate from gorgons. And they fuck up the various snake people.

I still don't understand how physical growth works in one piece You got the admirals tall ass mothas Then you got shanks Shanks being a guy who in chapter looked like a normal sized dude then there's when he saves Coby from akainu, Coby being pretty much full grown and then shanks being 3 times the size of Coby Then there's lucky roo too In chapter 1 lucky roo was shorter than shanks only getting up to his shoulders then there's lucky roo at marine ford towering over the entire crew including giant shanks, I don't get it

a few things: it’s called a tanuki it’s a raccoon dog (they aren’t quite either but sorta like both) they can only turn into NON-living things (furniture and pots and pans being among the most common) they can use their scrotum as an invincible shield, and even disappear with it (like harry potter’s cloak)
