I saw Nami’s scene as a giant callback to her mother, Bellmere’s last moments. Ulti has her dead to rights, and in that moment I believe Nami had this HUGE realization: “Ohh....This is probably how my mother felt.” All those years ago, her mother could not disown her children, Nojiko and Nami, even for the sake of a lie that could have bought her her life. Now Nami realizes that she feels the same. Even if lying could have bought her her life, she absolutely could not denounce her captain, the future King of the Pirates.

Fun little detail: Usopp's nose did have bones in it during the X-Ray scene at Alabasta, but in the X-Ray scene in this chapter he doesn't have any. Makes sense considering his nose bones were ground up so fine by Mr. 4 that they probably wouldn't heal themselves like a normal broken bone.

So for awhile I've had a small theory that I got more evidence for it this chapter. Once upon a time Vegapunk had a team of scientist under him working on god only knows what, but something happened and the team was "forcefully" disbanded. The members of the original team were Vegapunk as project head with Judge Vinsmoke, Dr. Hogback, Caesar Clown and now Queen. All these scientist now work as servants to a Yonko (Queen and Caesar), went off the grid (Hogback), or had some niche (Judge). Almost as if they needed to get away from the World Government. I don't spend much time on reddit or other community groups, so if this is already a thing I apologize. Hope to learn more about Lineage Factor and who knows what else when/if we ever get Vegapunk.

The scanlation used the same words as used in the Japanese raws in that last part of her line (Luffy will be the pirate king, definitely). However the first half was closer to the japanese words in the official translation. (the huffing ect.). Btw, both translation weren't on point when Tama called out to Nami.

@@christhefiend They have been in the new world for less than 2 months dude... even Luffy, Sanji and Zoro had like 2 years training for it. And they are geniuses at it. Nami trained with a bunch of weak old people. Usopp with Heracles and he did not seem to have armament haki Brook was singing, etc. Franky was alone in an island Chopper was with some birds and some dudes that live in an ancient civilización. Oda is coherent in not giving them haki by now.

Well Matt, I'm doctor, to be precise - otolaryngologist, so broken bones like usopp's i see more often than you may think... And if there are no serious brain damage, dura mater isn't torn or foreign bodys penetrenting wound they leave hospital in about a week up to ten days. By the way, I found out that your video have another attributes other than sharing information among OP fan. I'm having problem with sleeping. On the thought of Marco being able to heal himself unless haki or seaprism is involved: I'd actually think he can heal even if he's hurt with haki. The reason haki attacks hurt someone like Luffy or a logia user is because it forces their body to stay in a tangible form on impact, but it doesn't otherwise hamper the use of their powers. Well, Marco is already getting hit like a normal person, he's just then restoring the damage after the fact. So it's very possible that haki doesn't stop his regeneration. ...Which would make him easily one of the hardest to kill buggers in the series, which I'd find fitting for the phoenix.

I'd love for you to do a Ten Ten video sometime. That specialty of her seemed so interesting and yet got almost no use throughout the series. After all there are such things as special swords, rare tools and so on in that universe that can make a person powerful. I think her being able to carry around a whole arsenal of such things could have been very useful. Obviously she wasn't a main character, but thats no excuse to sideline an interesting ability like that.
