I am so sorry about the long delay, i had to go on a side quest to earn some cash for the PC that i am currently using, and it did'nt help that i needed to participate on the municipal elections but that is all over now. Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm pretty sure sniper king and Usopp are distinct characters? Usopp is from the gecko islands and sniper king is from sniper island. Usopp is a lying coward, and Sniper king is an honourable and charismatic man. I'm reading one piece right now, and I just got passed the time skip, so maybe I have to keep reading, but I honestly wish sniper king would come back. He was a way better member of the straw hats than usopp. Screw Usopp. Long live, Sniper King!!!
