oda had given us a lot of clues especially on Roger's bounty, remember on dressrosa "Lucy's" number was "0556" and Roger's bounty is 5 billions 564 (so smart oda) then for Xebec I don't think that was said, but the black bearded ship on "Jaya" was called "the saber of xebec" and just like xebec black beard was sitting in "the hive" (the ruche)

The title of Yonkou is only even a measurement of 4 pirates who can came close to Whitebeard (including whitebeard). So basically you can’t be Yonkou unless u can seriously box with the other Yonkous. That’s why they’re bounties are close. But Blackbeard and Shanks are new.
