One Piece [HD]: Tony Tony Chopper controlling monster point

After the timeskip, Chopper has gained the ability to keep control of himself and communicate coherently while in this form which he named Monster Point (怪物強化（モンスターポイント） Monsutā Pointo?, literally "Monster Strengthening"), though his voice is significantly deeper. It is now the only form he needs a Rumble Ball for and, by eating one, he can stay in it for three minutes. However, it still requires a colossal amount of energy to use; after reverting to normal, Chopper is too exhausted to move for approximately 2-3 hours.

Like have Chopper explain that he still "slips in and out of sanity while in monster point", that would keep the scary unpredictability of monster point while still giving Chopper credit for working to control it.

@blockhead5013 Well, not really because Hulk and Bruce Banner are two different beings sharing one body. Each has their own destinct personality and emotions. Hulk is a monster, and he acts like one most of the time, but that's due to how he has to come into physical reality I.E. by Banner being angry, but Hulk isn't insane or even unreasonable. Hulk can be talked to and reasoned with. Chopper, on the other hand, is always chopper no matter what transformation he is in. His personality doesn't really change, and that's why OG monster chopper is so scary. It's a complete change from his normal personality. He truly becomes a mindless monster with no reason or sanity and is a danger to all those around him. That's what I want back, that mindlessness, that irresponsibility, if only for a little while to show how difficult monster point is to control and to keep that scary mysterious part of chopper intact.
