I really feel everyone sleeps on Teach so hard, in this game is is so damn strong. I play him in a different way to Swillo but he wrecks this game just like Katakuri or the Giants. SSST fills all his specials with even a small amount of enemies, not that it is a problem since it also has INSANE range being a room clear on it's own. All of his specials do tons of damage and are spammable, on top of being really hard to miss due to the fact they either clear the room or have a giant pull radius. I use him with the "Deadly Cadence" Skill so he is invincible while you throw out screen nukes like it is nothing. His combos have so much pull to them and from what I have been experiencing can pretty easily interrupt named boss characters out of attack animations, even on New world Treasure Log. He is easily S tier but it feels like everyone just ignores him. Fun combo is to SSST then XT in to SST.

Morgan Peshe He’s slept on because characters like Kaido, Big Mom and Whitebeard exist. In my opinion Blackbeard is the best mob killer in the game, even more than Dragon Kaido.

@@REDANDSILVER741 I think it is also because he is a bad guy and doesn't necessarily look cool. I have always noticed Teach being underestimated in the One Piece fandom as a whole. People say he is the weakest Yonko (there is no weakest Yonko) or he's an idiot. I feel most people don't understand his character or what his purpose in the story is. I agree he is one of the best mob killers, but I would still say he is one of the best period. Use him right and he out preforms Whitebeard in a lot of things.

One Piece is nothing if not about it's world, so I get so hype for it ever time we see him doing some shit. I just wish the fandom wouldn't be so willfully blind to the facts about him. He is the mirror of Luffy so everything he does should be just as important and exciting.

his special can deal truckloads of damage, they are capable of one shotting bosses on even the highest levels with cheat death and the best damage increases, use his dark attacks to trap people then just slam on them with specials

This seems... kinda broken. Inescapable dark tornadoes, pushes and pulls, a grab that _works_ (Akainu.), and a get-out-of-jail-free Groundshaker special to toss enemies into the air. If he had a way to deal with ranged or AOE-spamming targets too, I'd be scared for Katakuri's spot as Farm God.

@@blindphilosopher He honestly is probably the strongest person alive at this point in the story, and will only get better till the end. He was strong enough to scar shanks well before he ever got his devil fruits, and now he has 2 of the strongest of their respective types. He's a absolute monster. He could probably even 1v1 any other character now, but if he did he'd be hurt enough that some other big shot would swoop in and kill him. So that's why he waits for opportunities to get ahead, rather than charge in full force. Point is, don't sleep in Teach, dude has a plan and the power to back it up.

@Correct Opinion Can't help but feel you're just making assumptions about Teach here. "Doesn't have the brains" I guess you missed how all of his plans worked out, it's the fact he is smart that he is where he is now. As for martial arts, he is a bruiser, much like Luffy, and with his size and incredible strength is a totally viable fighting style. You are also just assuming he has amateur haki, when that has never been addressed at all. I'm not going to say he has god like haki, because Oda hasn't shown it yet, but there is no way he spent 20 years with whitebeard's crew and passed up commander positions and yet has amateur haki. And finally the assumption about a haki master being able to beat him, shanks couldn't beat him and has a scar to prove it. This was way before Teach had any devil fruits, but shanks was already a haki master at yonko level. I can agree that at this point in the story he overuses his devil fruits, but I wouldn't think it's because it's because he's weak in any aspect. Sure he's a trickster and he is underhanded, because he's a pirate. Oda had said Teach is meant to be the most cutthroat of them all.

He's strong in a different way, in pw3 the black hole status was busted since it was great CC and could overlap hitboxes for massive damage. But it seems like instead of that they gave him ridiculous range on his black hole and more pull on almost all his attacks. Teach has always been amazing (though often slept on) in these games, despite getting greatly reworked move sets ave mechanics each game.
