Hmm, try 1st turn flampe - hope he docqs, ko it if he uses it for flampe, its kinda his only removal other than events, just play your luffy or nami at 3turn, hes gonna have to laboon it if he wants to remove, and

His removal cards all rest themselves, at 7 don Play rush enel if you ko'd his laboon, only way he can remove is event card and removal that gets rested, all hypothetical though

You can also try and starve him by not giving life so he cant black hole l8r, and your boss guys can do on plays. Its risky though maybe a 2nd turn strat, mulligan into shirahosi blockers cause his removal is useless against that other than liberation, i havent played enel but ill give him a try

@@gamesr4u104 yeah its a really good deck, tbh whether to starve or not I think it depends in your hand, if you have enough raigo then starve him will be good, vice versa with enel and playing 2c shirahoshi

bullet? do you mean killing burgess? if yes, burgess cant be KO by effects, so Luffy cant KO him
