It came first in a movie if i remember correctly , so the ost name will be about the scene it played in it , there are osts were in the anime from the start other osts came at first from a one piece movie then used in the main anime and other osts from movies didn't came the main anime like movie z alot of it's ost didn't used again (and the movies all the osts in it are new and didn't used in the main anime before) Like some other famous osts that played at a movie first then used in the main anime for example karakuri activate ... , luffy vs ratchert round 2 , gigantic thor axe from movie 10 , fearless from stampede ( a new one used at wano not before )etc ... Not only one piece like that other animes like detective conan
