Remember when it was innocent until proven guilty? I agree that IF he is guilty that not only should he not play for Arsenal, but he should also be locked up. But the reality is we don't know anything and speculating wildly ends up ruining peoples lives. Remember what everyone was saying about Ched Evans? People witch hunted that man quite literally into prison only to have it come out that he was innocent. Again. Its becuase hes completely wrong. Arsenal conceed less goals and have higher win percent/points per game when Partey is playing in midfield. Its crazy how he continues to be underrated. Also Arsenal win more games with Rice as an 8 compared to when hes played as a 6 so him saying Rice should play as a 6 is stupid. Rice, Odegaard, Partey is by far Arsenals best midfield 3 and it shouldnt be broken up just to shoehorn in a new signing.

Wanted to thank you guys for mentioning the Partey situation and the recent petition set up. As an Arsenal fan myself who has signed the petition especially in the light of the recent BBC article it's been hard seeing the amount of people not mentioning or flat out ignoring the situation. As someone at the game on Saturday seeing the stadium play the Partey song after the game and feeling like it's a non-issue really upset me. It's something that's made me question a lot and I hope to see change. Thank you for actually being one of the few people out there giving it the attention that it needs.

for Brighton I genuinely can't pick a single player I'd want to part with, the one I'd complain the least about however is probably Julio Enciso. He's just been off his form, and trying to relive his incredible long range goals by spamming outside of the box selfish shots. Not denying his talent, I think it's a decision-making thing. If we had to get rid of him so be it, but I think a half-season loan to Porto or something similar would be great for him.

Forest fan. If Wolves went down and Lemina somehow was available I'd sign him in a heartbeat. Has he been injured? Their best player imo. Also, Forest could drop Elanga purely on form. We could have MGW and Anderson in the side, one at #10 and the other tucking in from the right. We all kind of want to see it. Elanga's pace helps our shape especially away from home but he needs to stop panicking in possession and get his head up and make better decisions. So much potential in the lad

I think hounding of Partey is legitimately insane. Let me start by saying, that IF he is guilty he should not only be kicked out of professional football, but he should also be locked up. But two things. 1) We don't know that he's guilty. There's a lot of "evidence" out there that looks bad, but there's also "evidence" like the texts between the accuser and his ex wife talking about "getting him" with something dated two weeks before the claims. You could spin it either way, BOTH OF WHICH ARE WRONG. 2) We've literally seen these witch hunts play out over and over again, most of the time they fizzle out and nothing happens (despite overwhelming evidence that the person was guilty) and I think that's a big part as to why people really pile on, because they don't want to see someone "get away with it again". But remember Ched Evans? Remember the discourse around him at the time and the social media witch hunt, the ruining of his life/career to the point he was made guilty by the public and literally locked up only for it to come out that it was all fabricated and he was actually innocent? I am NOT defending Parteys potential actions. Again, if he did it - he's a scumbag and should be locked up. But I don't know that he did it, you don't know that he did it and whether you like it or not it's innocent until proven guilty in this country and hounding someone over something that should never have been made public in the first place is mental. Also, on the actual football side, I do find it funny that Pat, someone that normally uses stats as his only form of judging a player rather than the eye test has decided to completely ignore the face that Partey is top for basically every passing and recovery metric at Arsenal this season and instead focused on how he's "made the team worse". Almost as if he's not actually judging him for the football he's playing or something... Weird, that can't be it surely. One last time for those in the back. IF HE DID IT, HE SHOULD BE LOCKED UP.
