You could always cook the tator tots in the air fryer and then just top the casserole with the crispy tots. Just a suggestion. :) I think biscuts would be amazing too though.

I keep ginger in the freezer as well. I think mine has been in there for a year? Can't tell when you grate it up tho! Funny that you mention tater tot topped casseroles cuz I'm making tater tot hotdish tonight. I also don't like the soggy tater tots on top so I leave it in the oven until the tater tots are super crispy.

I’ve used my Instant Pot as my slow cooker for the past few years while I had limited kitchen space, I’m excited to finally have a separate one this year since I’ve had issues with stews and bigger cuts of meat getting fully cooked in there. Everything looks delicious 😊
