i just recently chopped up my garlic and fake cut into pieces through the plastic bag and lay it flat in the freezer so whenever i need garlic i can just break a piece. i got that same spinner for my salad 🥰 it’s multipurpose for sure

If you have not made the broccoli soup, PLEASE DO. I sub the cheddar cheese for VivoLife slices and just thinly sliced it. I added pepper flakes and mushroom powder. Vegan cheese usually makes me gag, but this is fire. I'll probably make this twice a month and freeze leftovers. I also added about a tsp of cornstarch because it didn't thicken as much as I liked.
