I expect God vs Saitama to be a hell of a fight. The entity "God" is probably hit Saitama not only physically, also mentally. That's why Saitama is going to have real challenge at last. Maybe bleeding and injured, but victorious at the end. Also another theory is that God is somehow linked to Saitama since he gave the powers to him as a gift. After the fight if God is destroyed, Saitama also reverts back to his human status, like weak as any ordinary one.
