Or are you talking about him that copied Serious Punch mode Saitama the 2nd time. keep in mind he copied Saitama before; He used consecutive Normals which canceled out Saitama's normal punches then gamma ray burst. Blast was fighting a suppressed Saitama level copy that bodied Collapsing Star Boros easy level Garou without even getting hit. still Blast would thrash him because he also managed to react and teleport two serious punches even if it was momentarily that's way above Boros who got his strongest attack nullified then killed by a semiserious hit that wasn't even a threat to the planet stated right before Blast teleported and gate two serious punches clash would shatter the earth.
