Like if we really look at it , the stuff he was doing was quite disturbing even for a monster . Yeah this needs to be higher up. Universe is EVERYTHING you can travel to in a "normal" way (i.e. just getting in a spaceship and flying off in every direction). So everything we can see is the same universe. Wiping out everything you can see from earth in a circle like was shown would be destroying stars and potentially galaxies but a universe would have to be everything gone (including earth).

If we go by what happened in the recent chapters Boros's Kick to the Moon might've been more insane than we thought, **Manga Spoiler** Tatsumaki tried to send Saitama to the Space but couldn't move him too much, but Boros blasted Saitama to the Moon.

there are a few threats that are difficult to classify because they only fought saitama, the most notable being Gouketsu, whom I suspect wouldve ranked just below Sage Centipede. I also have to wonder how strong Boros "truly was". the villains have gotten so powerful, I could believe that Platinum Sperm may have been able to take him out.

Even Orochi is considered stronger than Platinum Sperm by Murata. Orochi is himself weaker than his fusion with Psykos, Psykorochi, and this fusion is weaker than Boros. The gap is immense. I mean, how can you even consider Plat S to be challenge for Boros if Garou not even fully monsterized can kill him rather easily ? Monster Garou himself can only be comparable with Boros if he has all his monster transformations, as he did against Saitama just before he received god's power. And even then, I still think Boros seems stronger, only cosmic Garou, with god's power, is better.

My list would be 1.) Cosmic Fear Garou 2/3.) Psyrochi or Boros 4/5.) Orochi or God empowered Psykos. God boosted Psykos to Orochi level which is why she won/stalemated Orochi in the fusion. Monster Garou would be under these two imo. Orochi's feats are more impressive imo. Gaia canon feat was insane. 6.) EOW and Sage Centipede. They were portrayed as equals and pushed Garou harder than PS. 7.) Platinum Sperm 8.) Elder Centipede is was the strongest cadre. Given the fact Psykos as Gyro Gryo believed only 4 heros could defeat him. Blast, Tatsumaki, Metal Knight, and King are all believed to be above dragons. 9.) Golden Sperm and Homeless Emperor. Homeless Emperor has greater AP and DC while golden is greater in all other aspects. 10.) Overgrown Rover

Boros slaps Psykorochi in his released form alone. SC and ENO were sent by God to defeat the fist that killed Orochi, they narratively can't be below Orochi. Overgrown Rover is above EC based on MUCH higher durability.

God sent two of them so they don't have to be as powerful as Orochi. They have no feats that comes close to Orochi. Tatsumaki killed Orochi not Saitama. EC is the strongest cadre before PS showed up. His durability is way higher surviving attacks from Blast, and the combined power of Bang/Bomb.
