This will help out a lot of players !! Including myself , I tend to be direct and not feint a lot which is really making my dribbling level low I know for fact if i do this drill daily my dribbling will be insane ! Thank you for breaking it down and making it so simple . You just got another subscriber

Many Thanks Fran, I love the way you identify the technical skills, break them down and then proposing exercises to improve. I will try for sure these two dribbling rhythm moves. I already tried your Messi's splutter move and see already some results/improvements. One key thing that I also noticed 'by observing myself" is that you need to build/have specific muscle groups for specific moves (front quads, laterals quads, calves, hamstrings, abs,...) in order to be more effective with the move. My approach to football is like martial arts. You start with white belt, and then with new technics and regular practices you get progressively to higher grades ... all the way to black belt and more. Your videos help to develop a roadmap of new skills/technics to reach black belt level ... eventually. Keep doing these good videos. A few suggestions of topics for your next videos: 1) Include the main muscle groups required for a specific move. 2) Acceleration with the ball after a specific move could be a good topic.

Would you be interested if I created soccer-specific muscle strengthening, injury preventing, pre/re-hab and physical training videos with a doctor who's worked with numerous EPL players?

I was recently explaining to my son that you need to be like a dancer in football! I wasn’t sure how to translate that into an exercise, so this is brilliant. For kids that don’t have this kind of natural movement I’ve found that you have to break up movements into their smallest steps, as you’ve done in the video. If you can do videos on improving acceleration then that would be helpful 👍

I will work on the acceleration video as well! Plyometrics is a massive deal these days for speed training
