It's astounding how often you bring ideas to these videos, on topics that I'm working on with various partners. The idea that the Lady/Follower has to raise herself up during the cross was exactly my comment with a partner tonight. She had the idea that she should be led to do that. Beautiful, all of those Paradas are so musical and lovely! I love how Anne "scoops up" her leg from the center of her body! Does the leader choose how deep that "scoop" is? Does he suggest the style or manner in which his follower executes this? Or is it something the follower gets to determine?

The follower determines it but sometimes the leader can influence a bit as well.
