"Streets and infrastructure are a priority" We're prioritizing the very thing that puts a huge burden on the budget to begin with. We continue to sprawl out with low density housing, causing the need for new infrastructure like Fire Stations and street resurfacing. Let prioritize densification, neighborhood-level community, and public/multimodal transit.
