Wow, you finally go it! I was beginning to think it would be lost in the mail. This headsculpt is soooo much better than the Hot toys lazy, half-hearted attempt even with the slightly bulging looking eyes. It makes a big difference, and imho is an upgrade.

Thank you for calling out Hot Toys for their Doc Brown BTTF1 Abomination. I also grabbed this sculpt & it is a definite upgrade. Now all I want is BTTF2 upgraded 2.0's & a BTTF3 pink cowboy Marty figure to go with the Mark 3 DeLorean.

Honestly, it’s unforgivable to do such an iconic character from one of the most famous movies of all time and reuse an old headsculpt and not even modify it to fit the movie!

I agree that sculpt puts the hot toys one to shame! I also thought the sculpt they done for the BTTF 3 Doc was god awful. I bet that'd look better on that figure too!

@@thejediknightswatch Its just laziness IMO. They obviously don't value the figure they are working on and are just getting it out there for the $. Same with the Marty sculpts. 2.0 was an upgrade over the original, the Part 2 Marty which came out years ago was on point, but the part 3 just looks like the 2.0 with a hat! Not good enough IMO. And I really don't want my BTTF figures looking like caricatures as we pay top money for life likeness!

A bit caricatureish but much better than the last Hot Toys reused sculpt - just got mine this week too. Did you lose Marty’s watch and the scrap of paper clipped to Doc’s left pocket near the pens? Don’t see those accessories in your video.

Much better head sculpt… glad you can finally display Doc without it looking like he just watched the tape from The Ring. Only thing that is missing, and I hate to be this guy, is those BTTF 3 figures!

I know this is an unpopular opinion, but the custom could pass for a video game Christopher Lloyd. I still like the original better, minus those damn holes of course:)
