What microphone do you use? I want to try vocal covers but I don’t know what mic I should use

GOOD QUESTION I used to ask people all the time too- I started out with a Blue Yeti which is a super easy and relatively cheap USB mic which I used for 5 years, then recently my sister gifted me a Shure SM7B and I've used it for the past two videos! That one is more pricey and requires an audio interface so if you're starting out I'd recommend a Blue Yeti or something cheaper just to play around with

I use a GoXLR Mini! It's just a way to get an XLR microphone signal to your computer, but it's a little much for your first set up I would really recommend a USB mic and free software like Audacity
