A journey on the Pacific Crest Trail. Three ultra runners (Yassine Diboun, Travis Liles, and Scott Loughney) attempt to break the fastest known time (FKT) across the Oregon section of the PCT. Faced with grueling terrain, heat, and various unexpected obstacles, the only way they can make it through is "one step at a time."
Winner of Best Cinematography Trails in Motion Film Festival.
Featured in Backcountry Film Festival, Trail Running Film Festival, BAFTA China, and worldwide in the Trails in Motion Film Festival.
Filmed in 2016 by Steven Mortinson and Bryson Steele.

This video has me bawling. My home state (OR) and this trail mean so much to me. I've been working on trails and in wilderness conservation/habitat restoration for most of my life, and have maintained and repaired sections of the PCT during my career. Hiking the PCT is one of my dreams. Thanks for the beautiful video!

One of the best experiences of my entire life. Behind the scenes action was forever bonding with selfless souls seeking something greater then their own self. Epic indeed. Blessed to have been a part of it all.

So inspirational. I hope I manage to remember some of the scenes from this film during my next low point in a long run or race, I'm sure it will keep me going if I do.

Great filming btw captured the emotion and environment with nice tunes. Crater Lake doesn't look so spooky for a change without a camera shot of the old man. A top posse band of bros - Yassine a good sport for laughing at himself falling over 12:19

I know people on heroin who have less of a problem than you. That's not a joke.

I am clean and sober from heroin and all substances for almost 7 years now. Been through it all bud. And don't see the point of this comment 😂

Ah. So, you're confirming that this is the behavior of an addictive personality. Thanks for the backup. 😂@@whoyoufightin1442
