For me, Kokichi is my favorite out of all characters in the three games. Although a lot of people hates him, I'm the complete opposite. I really appreciate everything about him. He's mysterious, interesting, intelligent.. and when he got crushed by the hydraulic press, I cried my BALLS out cause nobody realized his true intentions in the game and they didn't give a shit after he died.. At the start of the game, I hated his annoying guts. But as time progresses, I started to love him even more.. Now I kin him~ Plus, he helped a *lot* during class trials. He may be an asshole, but the good kind of asshole. He had good reasons to pretend as the mastermind and manipulate the other Ultimates. Like, literally a daydream dressed like a nightmare. That one creepy sprite of him says it all- I love all DrV3 characters, but Kokichi is my No. 1 favorite. I don't care if people hate him, I just ignore em most of the time cuz almost everyone calls us Kokichi fans "toxic" and stuff like that..

Okay I’ll take it upon myself to say some nice things about... them.... Hifumi: Despite how creepy it gets sometimes, you can tell he really loves fan culture and he gets super excited to talk about the things he enjoys. His FTEs show that he’s been really lonely for most of his life because he has niche interests, which makes me feel for him no matter how much I largely dislike him. Teruteru: it’s really humanizing that he cares about his mother so much, and with the added knowledge that she isn’t even there for him to return to anymore, his execution makes me sad. Also, his trial was really funny to me.

Why I love Ryoma: He is freaking adorable. He is relatable, because we all feel like we have no reasons to live sometimes and that’s ok as long as you talk to someone about it. He cares about others safety, it’s very subtle but you can tell because he thinks he is a danger to everyone, and tells them to go away at the beginning.

I love how Kokichi took the role of the false bad guy to throw off Tsumugi’s plan and to attempt to save everybody in his own way and how he indirectly helped the survivors reach the truth because they got to debunk his lies. Aka he’s been pretty much one of the most useful characters in the entire V3 cast even without anybody even himself noticing. Also aka I love how he self-sacrificed himself for the good of everybody else.

I feel like listing things I like about pretty much every character so here we go, this gonna be long: Makoto: His positivity and ability to see the good in people. Kyoko: Extremely helpful, and I like how she eventually starts to open up to Makoto. Byakuya: His dryness was rather funny to me and I like how he never minces his words. Leon: Really cool design and an execution that establishes just how horrific their situation is. Sayaka: I found it interesting that she's a sweet girl but had to step on others to keep her difficult position as a pop sensation. Chihiro: Motivation was great and his desire to get stronger was inspiring. Mondo: Backstory with him accidently causing the death of his brother was devastating, and his relation with Taka is a highlight for me. Kiyotaka: His desire to do the right thing and he was also quite a funny character. Hifumi: He has a strong sense of justice and the changes in his voice were entertaining. Celeste: Design is amazing and her accent is so fun to listen to. Seeing her facade break as she erupted into anger is memorable. Sakura: How calm and collected she is. Also, how she's willing to sacrifice herself. Aoi: Her reaction to Sakura's death and vengeful attitude toward the others during that trial made her more flawed and she's incredibly passionate and caring. Yasuhiro: His talent is entertaining and I love his hair. He worked as a comedic relief for me and it made sense that he was held back so many years. Toko: Development in UDG, connection to Komaru, her bluntness and sarcasm. Mukuro: Great in Danganronpa IF and her role in the game is important. Junko: Iconic and a symbol of the series. Motivation of easing her boredom is simple but effective in showing how despicable she is. Hajime: His more realistic pessimism and his arc throughout the game of learning to be more confident in himself. Nagito: Backstory goes in depth and explains why he's so obsessed with hope. There isn't a character quite like him. Chiaki: Her spaciness and how she has little knowledge of things that are considered to be common sense because of being an AI. Imposter: Sweet under the bossier exterior and wanted to guide everyone to keep them safe. Shows that talent isn't always a good thing through his lack of identity. Teruteru: Strong connection to his mother is endearing and makes him more empathetic. Todd Habberkorn does an amazing job voicing him. Mahiru: Hardheaded because she cares deeply about everybody and her wanting to capture pictures of smiling people is heartwarming. Peko: Her unyielding loyalty and how composed she is. Ibuki: Lines are memorable and she's fun to have around. She can see what's bothering someone easily and help without them realizing it. Hiyoko: Her banter is entertaining and her backstory shows how she bullies Mikan because she reminds her of her past self. Mikan: Her desire to care for others and her clumsiness being faked for the sake of garnering attention is interesting. Nekomaru: Empathetic, friendly, and I love how he adapted to his robot body so positively because of the heart problems he had. Gundham: Animals are adorable and his softness under the cryptic mannerisms. Akane: How nonchalant she is and her backstory establishing why she's always so intent on eating and not being perceived as weak. Kazuichi: I love his design and how he's actually kind of a normal guy. Sonia: Her culture, fascination with the occult, and how she speaks. Fuyuhiko: The pressure from his talent makes him all bark and no bite and I love his sass and abrasiveness. Amazing development and incredibly brave. Kaede: Her desire to take matters into her own hands. Shuichi: His docilness and how bold he becomes. Kokichi: He's unpredictable, funny, and hard to read, making it fun to look into his actions. Rantaro: I like how relaxed and mysterious he is. Ryoma: Him wanting a motive to escape and how he was willing to give his life away was sad and made me feel for him. Kirumi: Breakdown after the trial showed a more selfish side to her and I liked seeing how far she'd go to fulfull her duty. Angie: Her ability to see the insecurities of others and how she's always brimming with happiness. Tenko: How energetic, emotional, and sweet she can be. Korekiyo: Amazing design and his talent is interesting. I liked seeing a more creepy character. Miu: Her jokes and meekness whenever someone rebuked her. Gonta: Kind, adorable, and how he wants to protect everyone. Kaito: Confident, friendly, and gets Shuichi and Maki out of their shells. Maki: Her aloofness, honesty, and how she eventually opened up. Himiko: Her using escapism as a coping mechanism and how she learns to express emotions. Tsumugi: I liked having someone a part of the cast as the mastermind and her references were sometimes funny. Keebo: Rational, pure, and his sensitivity. If you read all of this, thanks! It was fun to do lol.

When I started V3, I fell in love with ryoma and kirumi and it made me really mad at how underrated they are,I couldn’t find good amounts of art and videos, and it was really sad. Other than his beautiful design, I love Korekiyo's personality and his creepiness. It was always fun to watch. Chihiro's just perfect (Except for his choice in workout partners) Sakura's calm and protective personality. We all want a friend like that. Gundham's love of animals and his Dr3 hair. Gonta's pure love for everyone and everything.
