I'm so thankful that while looking for help with my cluttered home, I found "Dawn the Minimal Mom!" Little did I know that I would be enriched in such amazing ways. I am much older than both of you and I have learned sooo much from both of you! I love when you visit. I feel like I'm sitting right there in the room with you. Dawn and Diana, you've both been an inspiration in my life in so many ways. I pray God will continue to bless you and your families. I'm gonna check out the book. It sounds interesting. I was raised in a little southern country Church. They would never have considered a woman pastor. However, they had women Sunday School Teachers and women took care of lots of other jobs in the Church. Those women taught me so much! I feel that women can teach things that men can't, as well as, men can teach things that women can't. I think when we all work together for God as a whole, we can't go wrong. I've learned so much about the Bible from Diana. She's been a great teacher. I look forward to each lesson! I love the prayer at the end of each video! I look forward to all of Dawn's wisdom spiritually, your sweet heart for loving others and great ideas for keeping my home in order. You both have enriched my life in leaps and bounds! Thank you!❤🙏

You two brought back memories of phone calls with one of my sisters, who passed away in 2020. We lived in different cities and usually called each other in the am. Turns out our younger sister called her on the drive home from work. I think of her everyday and talk about her a lot. We lost a brother in 2022, so the six of us who are left are taking more care to communicate with each other. We worked hard to overcome issues and appreciate each other.

I personally don’t get how divisive people are about women as pastors. I personally don’t believe women should be pastors. I’m also in the SBC, which does not endorse women as pastors. I do agree with Diana that you can really make the argument for either one. If you do want a female pastor, there are other denominations that believe that and have them! Let the denominations practice how they want to, and go to the one that aligns the most with your faith. Because I am a women, I also really love Diana’s videos and I get good counsel from them. I think as long as you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior and you pick up and follow Him, you’re good to go!

I like Diana but the Bible is very specific about women not being pastors or teaching men. I am sure she knows the verses. For that reason I believe that women who live a life contrary to God's Holy Word are living in sin. If we are not going to follow all of the truths in the Bible, what is the point if we can pick and choose what suits us to believe? Dawn and Diana are great as far as household hints and decluttering goes.

@@leek7987 100%. There is a created order and women pastoring a fellowship/church etc. is not ok. Basically being in spiritual authority, is rebellion against God. I like you pointed out that not all women pastors believe in teaching men. There is so much to learn and debate, but most of these issues don't need to divide us as Christians. I just finished Mike Winger's women in ministry series on KZbin. He dug deep into the arguments on both sides. Thankfully he made the topics very searchable because not everyone has 11 hours to dig into 1 Timothy 2:12 😂

Unfortunately, Mike Winger's not the best source. He's a good example of how male-entitlement churches attract narcissistic men and create narcissistic men. A good rule to go by is does what Paul say go back to a teaching of Christ? If not, then it is just a situation Paul was addressing at that point in time.

I love the both of you and always look forward to your vlogs. I am definitely in a difficult season right now as I have had two major surgeries the first one April 8th and had major complications and ended up going in for emergency surgery on June 12th. I had brain and cervical surgery and spent a lot of time in the hospital. I am almost 2 months post-op and still am not able to drive or even do much around my house. Before I was very social but since surgery not one friend or family has come to visit or call and rarely even a text. I have never felt more alone and isolated from the world. However I am so blessed that my youngest son still lives at home and has taken such excellent care of me. If it wasn't for him and my relationship with Jesus I don't think I would be getting through this. I still feel so alone and isolated and I do not understand why people that you think would be rallying around in support just basically cut you off. I am thankful that this has brought me closer to the LORD and I thank him every day for it but I can't help but feel the need for interaction and really conversation with people.
