One Tin Cooked Breakfast

A full cooked breakfast is a great way to start the weekend and it is easy to do in an Aga range cooker - you only need one tin and you can cook the whole thing in the roasting oven. ‘Grill’ the sausages and bacon at the top before moving the tin to the oven floor to ‘fry’ the eggs.
These days, a full cooked breakfast tends to be an occasional treat rather than a daily occurrence so it is worth choosing really good quality sausages and bacon, if you can.
