Tinted windows are another option. Personally I would use that thing to protect the interior of my car.

Not bad option but Mitsubishi would have offered after market ventilated seats atleast that way dealer will get money and customer will get comfort win win situation.

There are other dealerships that sell for half the cost and ship it to you. I saw one online for $250. Of course Canada ones are expensive this is from US. Just google genuine accessories/parts for mitsu outlander there are quite a few sites

What makes this a 'one-touch' sunshade? There is nothing one-touch about it. Seems a total ripoff for $500+.

@@mr.mitsubishi I'm sure it is a high quality product, but I don't think that makes it good value for money, and I'm still yet to understand why it's called a 'one-touch sunshade'. Do you know why? I have already ordered my Outlander PHEV and can't wait to get it, but I won't be investing $500+ on a sunshade. If it was truly one touch and had something special about it, perhaps it would be worth it.

I purchased it for my car without actually looking into it, totally ripped off I assumed one touch meant it was easier to install not exactly the same as any other sunshade

This is a dumb accessory, why not just pre-cool with the app 10 minutes before getting into your car. I guess for privacy but thats it.

Come on, be honest. 500 is ludicrous, you can tint your windows with a ceramic IR tint and reduce you temperature all the time without have to put these on and off all the time. And what exactly is 1 touch about it... Should of called it 10 touch.
