I really enjoy seeing the beautiful scenery you show, but I’m getting so excited to see the boat , that’s why I first started watching. Since today is Oct. 10th you’ve been aboard for ten days now, how exciting! I’m stuck in the countryside , I have my own good sized apartment in the bottom floor of my daughters house, it’s lovely, my own garden, French doors that let in lots of light. However, since I’m at high risk if I contacted the virus I’m pretty isolated so I really live vicariously through the videos I follow who live in other countries, have lifestyles I’d love to experience so thank you for making the videos.🙋🏼

Anthony Smith-Storey thank you. I’m not totally isolated , family lives just upstairs though they have busy lives, if I need them they are there. We have nearly 2 acres of land and we are the third house up from a small ocean park, the beach is 5 minutes away, so I do get out, go for walks, in summer there’s the ocean or the pool. I cross stitch and knit some, read lots, enjoy baking and cooking .I do get out to get the things I need every week or so, so I’m not trapped ,I guess I just lack excitement and adventure🤣😂🤣. I’m glad you are on the boat and will at least get a couple trips in before the shut downs. Crappy timing huh? But you’ll have the time to settle in well, enjoy the boat as HOME and be ready come spring to cruise as much as you like. Take care, stay safe, I’m off to go sew some spooky face masks for the grandkids since Halloween is not far off. Spiders with webs and bats were their choices. 🙋🏼

@@anthonysmith-storey9247 I really believe that you are doing this at the optimum time in your lives. I believe a lot of folks do it way to late in their lives and can only enjoy/endure it for 3-5 years and then it's off to the retirement center. You got a lot time to do a lot of living aboard Morning Star. The billboards for my residential sales and development company used to say "Get A Lot While You Are Young", a motto that I lived to the fullest in more ways than one. Haha! Now 68 and my partner dead I am in bad health and so darn glad I lived life to its fullest while young. Now its feed the birds and watch narrowboats on You Tube. Haha! Anthony, make sure you and Paul enjoy every second of the journey you are embarking on because it is worth every pound it costs you. Now, for me, it's back to my upcoming journey- the downsizing and move into a 1 bedroom flat where I can get assistance as needed. Keep Safe! You can never be too safe.

What a great place to walk, very well maintained too. I loved the bus cafe, such good value. Here in Melbourne we are still in lockdown there should be some lifting of restrictions 19/10 if the numbers are low enough. Looking forward to your launch. I can’t remember if I told you we visited Melbourne years ago, there was a tour of Kylie’s costumes etc when we were there. Loved it. We are now Moore’s at Parbold (the place we did the training) Due to closures, we are not going to be able to get around much until after winter but then we plan to head nearer to my work (Oldham way) 😃
