Something about seeing "Damage Dealt - 0" at the end of the match is so satisfying.

PSA before anyone does the same as me. Fusion strike energy stops dusknoirs ability so doesn’t turn it into colourless energy.
@AgentAbel2 жыл бұрын
Yep, this is correct. Fusion strike energy negates the effects of abilities done to the fusion strike pokemon the fusion strike energy is attached to by your opponents pokemon. This also stops galarian zigzagoon and quick shoot Inteleon pings, Salamence (EVS) force switch ability, Garbodor (RCL) poison ability, ect.

@@samhhhhh very true! One of Andrew's Leafeon VSTAR videos he missed that there was a fusion strike energy on an opponents pokemon, and tried to use the VSTAR Power to bring it up. Leafeon's VSTAR Power is an ability, so it was negated by the fusion strike energy, effectively wasting it
@devanshkoppar74772 жыл бұрын
Strange, that doesn't really make sense to me, because the wording on FS energy says "Prevent all effects of your opponent's Pokémon's Abilities done to the Pokémon this card is attached to.". I would think that affecting the energy is different from affecting the pokemon it is attached to.

22:30. It’s not like they think you are going to deck out. They are just waiting for you to show them how you are going to put cards back in your deck. Shown by how they quit after the rod.

I haven't watched the video yet, but my first match tonight and they played this deck. They decked out against my zacian-solgaleo deck. Used solgaleo to knock out altaria twice. They never used slurpuff, if they had they might have pulled enough cards to win. Interesting battle.

I played against this deck yesterday! I was so confused by it, yet I lost to it! The hammers didn't get me to concede. I didn't even feel stalled. But I conceded once Zoroark transformed into Alcaria. All I had were Vs and 1 boss left in the deck. Once I saw the Alcaria, I asked my fiance whether I should concede, and he said, yes, lol.

So... does this deck or the Seaking deck post better numbers? Because the game plan seems nearly identical.
@zigster12982 жыл бұрын
Seaking depended on coin flips, so this is definitely better. Your attack only discards special energy in this case, but so many decks use special energy I think being able to guarantee those discards is so much better than gambling on discarding an energy for each heads. Then everything depends on flips, not just the hammers. It’s also easier to set up, because you’re a little less reliant on Zourark.

@@boxkid759 they mean using glimwood tangle on a crushing hammer, which is a trainer coin flip, which glimwood won't help. Glimwood however, would help slurpuff's attack of flipping 3 coins to return the number of cards equal to the number of heads back to your hand from the discard pile :)
